The NIVA electronic explosion-proof version of the MS1 float switch complies with the latest requirements of EC Code 94/9/EG (ATEX 95) for use in situations where there is a risk of explosion. The float switch with its intrinsic safety circuit is permitted under EU licence ASEV99.110036.02 for use in class 0, 1 and 2 zones and in gas groups ⅡA, ⅡB and ⅡC where temperature classes T1 to T6 pose a risk of explosion through combustibles.
